Emerging Markets Capital is a fully dedicated mining investing firm based in Hong Kong. The company is dedicated to working with Asian investors on acquiring and developing high-quality mining assets around the world with a special focus in North America and Latin America.
Emerging Markets Capital is also developing and managing mineral exploration projects and looking for investment opportunities in Nickel, Copper, Gold, Tungsten and other specialty metals.
WHAT WE DO
EARLY STAGE EXPLORATION INVESTMENT
We invest in exploration assets and fund them to the resource definition stage and then look for JV partners to help us develop the asset to production.
CAPITAL RAISING
We help companies with mining assets in Latin America to raise capital from Asian investors to assist them in developing their projects from exploration to production, or if already in production, to increase the scale of the project.
M&A CONSULTANCY SERVICES
We help Asian clients identify potential acquisition targets in world-wide with a special focus on Latin America and North America.
We assist mining companies in finding JV partners and buyers for their mining projects.
IR SERVICES
We act as the IR representative to help companies reach out to Asian Investors.
We implement long-term investor relations strategies to increase the company’s Asia-based shareholder base.
